For many years HSC has provided a Wage and Salary Survey, giving our customers access to a wealth of data. New for 2007, the Wage and Salary Survey uses the latest web-based technology to combine data from 12 states. Imagine, participants can now easily access data from over 600 hospitals, covering 726 job descriptions and facility data for 5 years, allowing comparisons when negotiating employee salaries. In addition, information can be obtained based on differential, Hi-Low and individual job codes, as well as management and non-management positions.

HSC currently has 19 participating facilities in the State of New Mexico who have access to the Wage and Salary Survey 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
