For many years HSC has provided wage, salary and benefit surveys, giving our customers access to a wealth of data for use in negotiating employee salaries. Since 2006, HSC began offering an on-line Wage and Salary Survey with over 375 healthcare jobs specifically surveyed in New Mexico with the possibility of expansion to over 700 job descriptions nationwide. Using the latest web-based technology, participants can easily access multiple reports and create custom peer groups with combined data from hospitals in 11 states. With triple data validation, unlimited survey frequency, and strict adherence to the Department of Justice Antitrust Guidelines, our customers can be assured of accessing the most up-to-date information possible with two data entry cycles to meet fiscal year requirements.
