The New Mexico Locum Tenens Program provides instant on-line access to over 20 national agencies to provide healthcare facilities with temporary and/or temporary-to-permanent staffing of physicians, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners and certified registered nurse anesthetists.

Through a Request For Proposal (RFP) process, HSC carefully screens and selects its contracted locum tenens agencies to meet comprehensive quality criteria required by the contract terms and The Joint Commission. Bi-annual audits, monthly reporting and multiple electronic administrative tools are used to notify, verify and communicate staffing needs and requirements between all contracted parties.

Interested staffing agencies may request the next available RFP via email to Debbie Repp, Employment Services Manager at drepp@nmhsc.com or by calling 505.343.0070. Please include your organization’s name, mailing address, telephone number and contact information for the individual receiving the RFP. Through our green initiatives, all RFP’s will be forwarded electronically; therefore, we require an email address. At HSC’s
discretion, RFP’s are available at 6 month intervals beginning in January of each year throughout the contract period.
