HSC's medical case management program helps companies return injured employees to full or modified work promptly. Our registered nurse and certified case managers thoroughly investigate all medical issues, coordinate appropriate medical care, and ensure that all parties are kept informed of the progress on the claim.

Our services include on-site and telephonic case management, integrated disability management, utilization review, job analysis and early to return to work programs, medical legal services, crisis intervention and life care planning. We also offer our customers access to a statewide preferred provider network of medical providers.
